Stereolithography (SLA), a widely-used technology for prototype design in industrial sector, is incorporated into prototype service by Tenlita Precision Technology Co., Ltd, which empowers Tenlita Model’ customers. With the help of laser, SLA cures liquid photosensitive resin layer by layer to achieve the final components.
The SLA (Stereo lithography Apparatus) process also known as optical fabrication, stereolithography and three-dimensional printing. SLA is able to create highly accurate, strong and tough prototypes. It can also create hollow parts with complicated shape.
High precision
The thickness of each layer in stereolithography is very thin (0.05 to 0.10mm). With a fine laser beam, prototypes with a truly realistic finish and complex geometric shapes can be produced.
Quality of the parts
Although the materials are replaced with resins, the parts manufactured using stereolithography have a good surface quality.
